Cooking in Guyana....Tokoma Worms!!
Above is a traditional Amerindian dish.
It is called Tacoma worms or coconut worms because it is made from larva that live in coconut trees.
It is friend up in a sauce and eaten with Cassava bread.
Tastes kind of like shrimp!
