Cooking in Guyana....Tokoma Worms!!
Above
is a traditional Amerindian dish.It is
called Tacoma worms or coconut worms because it is made from larva that live in
coconut trees.It is friend up in a
sauce and eaten with Cassava bread.Tastes kind of like shrimp!
